TERMINAL 2

Equipped for efficient unloading

Built in 1991 to serve the NB Power 450 megawatt generating station, which is situated adjacent to the port, Terminal II is capable of handling Capesize vessels up to a 100,000 DWT maximum. Its automated coal continuous ship unloader (CSU) has the rated capacity of moving 1,750 metric tonnes per hour into its enclosed conveyor system.
