Offers signed under seal, executed, dated and marked "CSU Rail Curb Repair – Terminal 2" will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time), May 28, 2026, via email at tenders@portbelledune.ca. Opening of tenders will follow immediately; however, the opening will not be open to the public.

Each offer must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total Bid Price, executed in the favour of the Belledune Port Authority. The successful Bidder shall submit to the Owner, at the time of the contract execution, a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 50% of the Contract Amount.

The bidding procedures shall be defined under the “Instructions to Bidders” section of the tender documents. Bidders will be required to register using the form to obtain the bid documents. Registrations will be accepted starting May 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (local time).

The Belledune Port Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. The lowest or any qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted.
