Offers signed under seal, executed, dated and marked “Belledune Port Authority –Tank No. 2 Maintenance”, will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time), May 27, 2026, via email at tenders@portbelledune.ca. Opening of tenders will follow immediately, however the opening will not be open to the public.

Each offer must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total Bid price, executed in the favour of the Belledune Port Authority. The successful Bidder will have to submit to the Owner, at the time of the contract execution, a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 50% of the Contract amount.

The Bidding procedures shall be defined under the “Instructions to Bidder” section of the tender document. Bidders will be required to register via the tender form to obtain the bid documents. Registrations will be accepted starting May 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (local time).

The Belledune Port Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. The lowest/highest or any qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted.
